Always Be Thinking Or Your Work Can Get Boring

I am always looking for ways to get my business to be bigger, more profitable, and better run. I would get bored if I was satisfied with the status quo. This is true of my business but also my life and myself. Constantly trying to improve myself makes life more interesting. It also helps me to be more successful. If I am not growing than I going in the opposite direction. When I was a teenager I used to buy beauty books because that was what I wanted to improve. As I got older I read organization books, business books, autobiographies, and personal growth books. Each year I set personal goals to help me improve myself. Tony Robbins says to try to make 1% improvements everyday and you will see incredibly dramatic growth.
