If you want to accomplish a lot in your life you need to start strong. Athletes train their bodies hard, eat properly, sleep well and in general take good care of themselves so that they perform at their peak. Musicians tune their instruments constantly and take very good care of them in order for their instruments to perform at their best. You should think of your body as the instrument that will take you where you want to go. Have you ever had a night where you didn’t have a good night sleep and the next day you couldn’t think clearly? So you know from experience that you need to be at your best in order to do well during the day. Take care of yourself. When on an airplane you are told if the air mask comes down put it on before you help anyone else. That is because you cannot take care of another till you yourself are taken care of. What does it mean to take care of yourself? I am going to sound like your mother, but it is pretty easy. Eat right, exercise consistently, take vitamins, get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep, and get regular check ups with your doctor and dentist. Being strong in your body gives you clarity of mind, and the energy to achieve your goals.
