There is an old movie that I believe was made in the sixties called "If It's Tuesday It Must Be Belgium". It is about a group touring Europe and everyday was in a different country. It was a very funny movie Sometimes when I am traveling a lot I can be in a different city each day. I have a friend who used to travel so much that sometimes she had to call the front desk when she woke up, to find out what city she was in.
When traveling a lot it is very easy to get exhausted. So some advise for the business traveler. Pack light. Have a cosmetic bag that is ready to go that you can pop in your suitcase. Wherever possible try to keep your work-out routine. Traveling is a good excuse to stop exercising but try to schedule your trip around it so you keep it up. Plan your traveling so that you can get a decent amount of sleep each night. Not always doable but try. Pack healthy snacks so you can eat normally. It is easy to drink and eat to much on a trip. Try to limit your drinking and look for the healthy choices on the menu. Airport food seems like it is always deep fried but if you are diligent you can find a good meal to eat. It is important to keep your energy up when traveling and these are good tips to follow.
