These two weeks are very busy for me. Monday I flew to St Louis to see an account. My flight was at 8:00AM and I didn't get home till Midnight. Tuesday and Wednesday are at the office with many appointments and things to do before I am on a plane again. Today (Wednesday) I have a 7:00PM flight to Dallas. I have an 8:00AM appointment in the morning and another all day one after. I fly that night to Little Rock, where I spend the day and get home Friday night at 12:00 midnight. Next week I am in Seattle for two days and Tampa for two. In between I have two teenagers to take care of and my mom is having an operation and will be staying at our house so I can care for her.
Do you think I have a lot? I am sure there are many times that your weeks look like that as well. How do you handle the stress of a week with more to do than hours to do it in? I just put one foot in front of the other and let the events pull me through. I make sure I still get work out time in and eat properly. I also sleep on the plane when possible. I cut myself some slack when I cannot do everything. Tell me your secrets. I look forward to hearing.
