Do Not Let Your Emotions Get Out of Control!

I should talk.  I always let my emotions get the better of me.  Especially anger.  Many times I find myself responding negatively to a situation so fast I haven't had time to think it through. This really is a bad way to conduct yourself, especially at work.  I really should take time out to think a situation through before I react. If I did I would not choose the actions that I do.  My advise is no matter what happens in your life do not react.   Step back and think it through and I am sure you will respond it a much more mature manner.  In fact I think I will take my own advise.
